why thai yoga bodywork?

Thai Yoga Bodywork is a healing art that combines yoga, meditation and the ancient Indian healing system of Ayurveda focusing on the bodies sen energy lines and marma acupressure points. TYB is a form of Yoga Therapy that combines rhythmic massage, assisted yoga poses and meditation.

A Thai therapeutic session is performed on the floor in comfortable clothes. By stretching the muscles, ligaments and joints, it aims at opening the areas which are blocked and bringing the body, mind and spirit back into balance and harmony. This healing art will leave you feeling energized.
All sessions start by assessing the client's energy field and chakras to determine which areas of the body needs balancing. Practitioners incorporate energy balancing techniques to help relax and release the client from stress, pain or dis-ease.
